I often speak to war through the lens of the Strategic, the Operational and the Tactical. I appreciate the simplicity and clarity of this insight because it acts as a practical tool amidst a fifth generation war that is designed to be hidden.
I wanted to share some simple insight into the battlefield we’re on in relation to one of our primary enemies: The CIA.
Many have argued that the assassination of JFK was a deep state takeover and that there has not been a legitimate presidency since then, with the exception of Trump.
It was during the fallout after JFK’s assassination that the CIA developed tactics that are still heavily relied on today.
I wanted to share these tactics so you can see how impotent the CIA is. People are rightfully waking up to their unoriginality and lack of creativity.
Public distrust of the CIA after JFK’s death was a major issue and much like the deep state today will put on fake investigations to seem as if they are responding to public concerns, the CIA commissioned The Warren Report.
Unfortunately for the CIA the Warren Report only created more skepticism, which brings us to the source for today’s breakdown: Document 1035-960 - COUNTERING CRITICISM OF THE WARREN REPORT.
It was this classic CIA panic that gave birth to the weaponization of the term “Conspiracy Theorist",” along with many other deep-state classics. Let’s dive in.
What's Document 1035-960?
In essence, it represents the CIA’s response to public distrust of their actual conspiracy.
On the heels of RFK joining the Trump campaign, and Trump’s subsequent announcement of an effort to finally disclose the truth about JFK’s assassination, it’s important to point out that it’s already an open secret that the CIA was involved in a conspiracy to kill JFK.
In a secret report written in 2013 by the CIA’s top in-house historian, quietly declassified about a year later, they fully acknowledge that after the Kennedy assassination CIA director John McCone and other senior CIA officials were “complicit” in keeping “incendiary” information from the Warren Commission.
The CIA used the Warren Commission as a front to appease a distrustful public, while keeping information that the commission needed to actually understand the assassination of JFK.
Just this one piece of evidence is proof that the CIA is part of a real conspiracy to cover up the truth about a presidential assassination.
In other words the CIA got caught covering their tracks, meaning “Concerning Criticism of the Warren Report” was not about protecting public trust in government, as they claimed, but a cover-up effort.
The warfare tactics described in this document therefore give us a real-life, empirically proven source depicting what tactics the CIA uses when covering up their crimes.
This means we can survey our modern media landscape and identify anything that bears their signature.
13 Key CIA Tactics
Here I’ve pulled together 13 of the well-worn tactics that can be extracted from what’s laid out in The CIA document responding to dissent against the official narrative of JFK’s assassination. I will give insight into some, and provide some modern examples of the same tactics for others.
1. Discouraging and avoiding discussion of the "sensitive" material within the mainstream whenever possible.
This is nothing less than the sanitization of the media landscape of any narratives that expose or undermine current operations.
For example, look at how hard the MSM machine has worked to keep awareness of RFK’s campaign outside of the Overton Window. RFK is a walking “discussion of sensitive material,” not to mention that he is part of a family legacy focused on destroying the CIA. Until he joined Trump, much of the MSM kept his campaign out of the discussion all together.
2. Implying that these topics aren't even worth discussing since these so called activists have no real foundation behind their claims.
This tactic is often expressed through the claim that “there is no evidence to support” [election fraud], [elite pedophelia], [rising crime connected to illegal immigration], etc. This is used to avoid confronting the actual evidence being presented by dissenting independent or conservative media.
3. Associating such activists with the opposition of the day ie. nazis, communists, terrorists etc.
4. Accusing these individuals of making claims that are unfounded and irresponsible.
5. These "theorists" came to their conclusions before all available evidence was at hand, but now we "know better."
Framing dissenters as premature in their conclusions is a classic tactic used by compromised outlets like The Atlantic, because they appeal to an intellectual crowd willing to engage in the “we’re much much smarter than you” take. Seeing the Atlantic’s response to Epstein and the child trafficking is… telling.
6. They are making these claims only for political reasons.
This tactic should not be underestimated. It works in tandem with social engineering designed to politically entrench Americans more and more into left and right camps. The irrational, emotionally driven states that follow politically charged narratives often allow the claim that an accusation “is merely political theatre,” to work wonders.
7. They are making these claims only for financial reasons.
In my experience, this tactic is commonly used in operations designed to infiltrate and fracture truther communities. If you have been in the alternative media space long enough you have almost certainly seen alternative influencers being demonized for making money.
Arguments like “why are you charging for the truth” run rampant. I wonder how many “freedom fighters” making this accusation are unaware they are mimicking the CIA? Are some agents intent on breaking up growing truther communities?
8. Their research is hasty and inaccurate.
9. They are infatuated with their own theories.
10. No new evidence has emerged that we haven't considered, theorists are only going over what we have already logically and expertly dismissed.
11. These critics are only cherry picking data and ignoring information that could disprove their theories.
12. Conspiracies as large as these individuals claim would be impossible to pull off. Informants would have long ago thoroughly exposed them.
13. These theories are only a manifestation of intellectual pride. In love with their own ideas these individuals cannot see the obvious truth.
It’s a Coincidence!
All thirteen of these pre-formulated responses are easily identifiable within CIA Document 1035-960, and it’s blatant to see that these are the official responses plastered across our media landscape every time the deep state narrative is threatened.
Let’s be REAL: The notion that documented CIA tactics keep repeating in modern media like a merry-go-round as some kind of coincidence is absurd. While it’s not always the CIA we are up against, obviously they are still at it!
Hopefully, this breakdown offers my readers some concise insight into our enemy as humanity’s awakening continues to unfold.
Coming back to the structure of warfare I want to leave you with some open-ended questions as tools for navigating the war.
What we looked over today was from the tactical level. Remembering the levels above the tactical, we can use this knowledge to our advantage.
If we see these tactics on the cognitive battlefield we can ask:
What operation might this tactic be tied to?
For example, there is obviously a massive operation to stop a Trump victory.
If there is an operation to stop a Trump victory, what strategic goal is it tied to?
If Trump is stopped, does this benefit the larger deep state currently attempting to engineer the fall of nation-states for the installation of a New World Order?
Remember, fifth-generation warfare is by design covert and blended into our every day lives. Thus, if we can take documents like this, and unveil some of the enemy’s tactical, operational and strategic consistencies, we can operate together with greater situational awareness.
Well done, Simon. “Conspiracy Theorists” can keep your article/list at keyboard-side as a handy tool for rebutting purposes. Whenever I read a Deep State article and see one of these tactics evolving on the page I automatically 1) delete or 2) roll my eyes and gut it out in the process of keeping up with the enemy narrative.
Great article! It would be great to be able to attend a self defense class against these tactics. I read and learn, for example since I first saw the tidbit about the owner of the Atlantic with Ms Maxwell, I read the Atlantic articles with amusement, derision, and pity instead of anger. But one class, point by point, would be awesome. Thanks for this!
