This week I want to speak to the fall of external authority as an element of the transitional phase humanity seems to be entering. On the one hand, we are in WWIII on a fifth generation warfare battlefield. On the other hand we are quite perfectly moving through the necessary catalysts for humanity's awakening. This is easy to see when we observe how many people worldwide woke up to genuine conspiracies throughout the COVID narrative.
I'll start by stating that we are an unschooling family, meaning not only do we "homeschool" our kids, but we intentionally do not model their educational experience according to the structures of the public system. We have chosen to do this from the beginning, meaning at no point were our children ever in the public system.
This was not a choice based on reacting to the system and withdrawing from it, but rather it was based on reflecting on our own experiences in school, and researching the roots of that system.
Once we did this it was obvious that we were never going to participate. And there are many many reasons we have chosen to do this. But one of the primary ones was the way in which the traditional schooling model disrupted children's inner authority and replaced it with a dependence on an external authority.
This is a very basic concept to understand, and one that I speak to often. The easiest way to understand it is to look at what is called operant conditioning, which is an approach to controlling human behavior.
Operant conditioning is the use of punishments and rewards to bribe and threaten humans into "behaving correctly." So the threat of the F and the bribe of the A, is seen as a means by which children can be controlled, under the facade that it is about helping them learn.
Contrast this with what is called a child's intrinsic desire to learn, ie that which fascinates them and drives them towards learning without being manipulated externally. Children are born with this. They are passionate learners from birth. Watch any child before school age, and you'll see them passionately studying, asking questions, developing skillsets, all quite naturally and in a way that is self driven.
We have seen this with our eldest son who, when we got out of the way and trusted his intrinsic desire to learn, and the process of him discovering his own ways of learning, taught himself to read. This unfolded as extended family members were left baffled as to why we weren't forcing reading on him in a panic to match the school system's aggressive interference.
So consider how odd it is that school is completely based on the notion that, unless manipulated correctly by adults, children will never learn. This, we discovered in researching the public system, meant that the actual impact of public schooling is the destruction of a child's intrinsic desire to study life, and learn from it, and to externalize this process into a system of being controlled. It is based on the destruction of learning, not the cultivation of it.
This became justified through the idea that the child was being placed on the "correct career path." Manipulating children, to become adults who correlate personal fulfilment with "staying on track" according to these external systems of judgement, control and manipulation was always pretty sinister if you ask me. But it's not just my opinion that this is way off the mark. Ironically, a Harvard study seems to have revealed this fallacy as well.
In a Medium article entitled How Harvard’s Dark Horse Project is Shattering Old Beliefs about Success author August Birch describes a Harvard study on the pursuit of fulfillment, instead of the pursuit of societal, collective ideas of "excellence."
“This deep-dive study looks at the pursuit of success in a new light. Instead of the current model, where we look for a blueprint, based on the success of others — the Dark Horse Project looks inward.”
This study, instead of focusing on wealth or social status, drove its focus towards the personal pursuit of fulfillment. The authors state that:
"The Dark Horse Project is a long-term study of how women and men achieve success by harnessing their individuality. Most traditional research on success asks the question, “What is the best way to achieve success?” We are instead asking, “What is the best way for you to achieve success?"
"The secret is a mindset that can be expressed in plain English: Harness your individuality in the pursuit of fulfillment to achieve excellence."
Firstly, the Dark Horse Study directly reveals the bias that has been ongoing about career oriented happiness. Success wasn't even being studied outside of the little mind control box of school based, career track thinking, which is what made this research so novel, and so important.
But there was something even deeper which came out of the Dark Horse Project that reveals some important ways of seeing life outside of the limited view of the public education model.
In his book Range author David Epstein offers insights into the unexpected truths the researchers with the Dark Horse Project revealed:
“We guessed we’d have to interview five people for each one who created their own path,” “We didn’t think it would be a majority, or even a lot.”
“It turned out virtually every person had followed what seemed like an unusual path.” “What was even more incredible is that they all thought they were the anomaly,”... “They’d add a disclaimer, ‘We’ll, most people don’t do it this way,”...“They had been told that getting off their initial path was so risky. But actually we should all understand, this is not weird, it’s the norm” ...most perceived themselves as dark horses who followed what seemed like an unlikely path.”
Add to these discoveries the manipulative origins of the public schooling system and a lot comes to light. You see public education in the west was imported from Germany. At the time this was known as the Prussian model of schooling, and it was specifically designed to target and destroy free will.
As a side note, if you want to understand this more deeply, check out season 3 of my series worlds within on Rise.TV.
This is made most obvious in the words of one of the philosophers who inspired the creators of the Prussian model, Johann Gotlieb Fitch.
"The school must fashion the person, and fashion him in such a way, that he simply cannot will otherwise then what you wish him to will...Education should aim at destroying free will so that after pupils are thus schooled they will be incapable throughout the rest of their lives of thinking or acting otherwise than as their school masters would have wished… When the technique has been perfected, every government that has been in charge of education for more than one generation will be able to control its subjects securely without the need of armies or policemen…"
- Johann Gottlieb Fitche
Fitch’s philosophy influenced the rise of the Third Reich. He is considered a father of Neo-nazism. So it's worth noting that the theoretical and philosophical influences that gave rise to the public education system we see today, also gave rise to the Holocaust...
You can see why we felt so strongly that our children should not be plugged into this system and that, by comparison, we wanted to develop their capacity to utilize the inner authority that the public schooling system targets.
So with that established I'll come back to this concept of the fall of external authority that is happening all around us.
Dr. Scott Jensen has been an outspoken critic of the entire COVID narrative. He was one of the most censored doctors during the pandemic, and has continued to exposed the corruption that made up the official response to the so called pandemic.
He recently put out a video explaining that the medical articles that were used as the basis for the authoritarian, communist response to COVID, are disappearing by the hundreds.
“Pfizer and the rest of the big pharma companies assured the government that everything was just fine with the vaccines because they had been doing super serious testing. And the government dutifully reported the cheerful news to us while using all of that data to impose lockdowns, mask mandates and immunity passport systems.
And now, according to one group that tracks publications in scientific journals, a lot of the original research and test results are mysteriously disappearing. More than 300 papers and scientific articles have vanished in the past year.
We have to be on red alert. What we're seeing is potentially substandard medical publications used to push forward, promote a narrative and squash all other narratives.
And now that some of the dust is settling, we're seeing these articles withdrawn, disappearing. You won't find them potentially on Internet. This is problematic. We knew during the pandemic that several specific instances occurred where high quality journals such as Lancet, the New England Journal of Medicine, published articles that a short time later required a retraction or a revision or a retraction.
We're seeing this happen in spades now. We're seeing 300 plus articles disappearing. And I think you and I both know why.”
Now this should certainly concern us, but it's also worth recognizing that this peer reviewed system that we have been entrained to trust, and that has been used to shame many dissenters, especially those critical of the ever expanding vaccine schedule, was never really a valid form of authority.
I mean this specifically in the sense of how to make important medical decisions for ourselves and our children. This doesn't mean that all of these studies, and medical experts should be outright ignored, but rather that they should not be the impetus for personal decisions on how to maintain good health. They should not be used to make the decision for us.
They may be a factor, but in the end, we should be using a form of inner authority for these decisions. With the disappearance of all these articles from the COVID narrative, it has become increasingly clear that this system is deeply corrupt and easily controlled at the behest of an agenda that has anything but our health and wellbeing in mind.
This revelation is, in a sense good, since it is causing people to withdraw from using this external authority, and inspiring a movement towards a form of hyper individual medical sovereignty.
When it comes to COVID, the the experts overtly failed us all, but this is advantageous in that it revealed their false authority to millions.
This is the same phenomenon occurring within the public schooling system in regards to gender ideology. Parents are realizing that schools are indoctrination centres. They always were, but it took the implementation of gender ideology to wake them up to this.
And now, within the homeschooling movement that is exploding from the fallout of COVID school closures and the pushback against CRT and gender ideology, we have an opportunity to call out the fact that the fundamental philosophical misstep we have been passing on to our children is the message that they should trust external operants to manage their lives for them.
The use of collectivism is strong here. It tells us that we need to sacrifice our inner authority to institutions because the institutions are the guiding light for the collective.
The same thing is happening with news. We are moving from a centralized system of information sharing via the nightly news and corporate outlets, to a decentralized form of news in which people gather their assessment of world events by consuming content from a variety of smaller, grassroots sources, and news organizations intentionally developing themselves outside of the old model.
And yet even with the consumption of decentralized news, we are being beckoned to use critical thinking and levels of discernment that in then end, require inner authority to trump all other sources. After all, psyops are everywhere, even in alternative news. Not to mention them just sometimes getting it wrong.
This is the nature of fifth generation warfare, a war of psyops, narratives, the manipulation of cognition and decision making on the deepest levels.
In the fog of this particular war, you are being called to develop your inner authority above all else, and to pass this on as a legacy to your children.
I won't speak with great specificity to what inner authority constitutes, as I believe it is unique to each individual, except to say that it has nothing to do with allowing our emotionality to guide us. I will also point out that the authority I am referring to is specifically related to choices made by and for the self, and not so much a decision making tool for guiding others, with children who are in our care and are developing their inner authority as the exception.
It is also not entirely rooted in the inner dialogue produced by the mind. For more on how the mind and the emotions avail us to poor decision making and social engineering, check out last week's episode on how Marxism steals awareness.
For each person, it seems, this inner authority is made up of a unique blend of intuition, and the patience to wait for the correct moments of clarity to arrive. Which is to say, we have to be comfortable with not knowing, with being confused and with contradiction, as natural moments in between the instances in which our internal compass makes a personal decision clear to us.
Of note here is the fact that your child's inner authority may not function like yours, and it is important to see how each child is uniquely designed to look inside themselves to asses how to make decisions for themselves. Much like Harvard's Dark Horse study, the goal is deep individuation, and the realization that personal fulfillment has no formula to be duplicated from person to person.
Because if we are being realistic, it's pretty reliable to state that the world your children are growing into is going to be one in which external forms of authority are less and less trustworthy. The fog of this war is only going to thicken, and as the education system, the healthcare system, the systems for news consumption, all collapse under the weight of their own corrupt origins, a child who becomes an adult with a reliable, functioning system of inner authority is going to thrive.
The refined capacity to follow one's intrinsic passions, and to cultivate a life path that is true to one's self, will require discipline like no other time in history as these crumbling institutions panic to keep us under their control, and as our reliance upon them becomes less and less tenable.
So while I am sad about the pain and suffering that is arising from the collapse of the systems we have been entrained to outsource our inner authority to, I am also excited to see the war we're living through present the conditioning, the resistance training we need, for a level of individual human sovereignty that may just become a milestone in the human story.
